How i think the Great Depression links to Canadian Society
I Think the Great Depression links to Canada’s Society greatly because it is a great reminder to what we do and don’t want to do to keep our nation strong. So it doesn’t crash ever again because it was so bad that people should be smart enough now to not have that happen again.

Trains!!
In this picture it shows the thousands of people jumping on the trains that were homeless and looking for jobs. Most of the people at this time didn’t realise that it didn’t matter how far they went they weren’t going to find work. But if they happened to get ever so lucky and find a job it still would be very hard for them to maintain a comfortable lifestyle.
Night Time
In this picture here it is basically showing you how crammed people were at this time. Beds were used differently to, when going to bed people found out you can sleep more people to a single bed if you lay horizontally and let your feet hang off the edge a little. It just goes to show how unfortunate this time period was for people of this time.
Cars
In this picture it basically explains it's self but in this picture it shows how they had to get around via have no money. The people could afford nothing because they had zero money for extras like gasoline. So they came up with the bright idea of pulling their cars with their horses.
Poor Children
This picture is pretty sad because it just goes to show how many people lost their families and had to live in orphanages. Just imagine waking up in the morning and your parents kicking you out because they can’t afford to feed themselves let alone you. Just goes to show how much better we have it now a days.
Getting a Job
In this picture it shows what men looking for jobs wore over their clothing hoping they could get a job and start making money again. Looking at this now you think you would never have to do that much begging to get a job but that was just the reality of what people had to do at this time.
